You must be at least eighteen years of age to use Our website. Use of this website is at Your own risk. We host Our site on a reputable platform and take reasonable efforts to maintain and host the site. TERMS OF SITE & PURCHASER AGREEMENT

MacSnaps Photography  & Turn It Out – Dancer Session Terms & Conditions

Session Fee & Inclusions

The session fee for an Individual Dancer Photo Session is $75 and includes 5 professionally edited digital images.

Additional digital images may be purchased separately if captured during the session.

An optional 30-minute session extension is available for an additional $65.

Booking & Payment

The full session fee is due at the time of booking to secure your date and time.

Session fees are non-refundable.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

Reschedules due to illness, injury, or inclement weather will be accommodated at the photographer’s discretion.

No-shows or cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Delivery of Images

Proof galleries will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of the session.

Final edited images will be delivered digitally.  You will have the ability to choose your 5 images, rather than MacSnaps and TIO choosing.

Print products may be purchased separately through MacSnaps Photography’s professional lab partners.

Image Selection

Clients will select their included 5 images from the proof gallery.

Additional images may be purchased at the rates provided in your gallery.

Copyright & Usage

All images remain the sole copyright of MacSnaps Photography and Turn It Out.

Clients are granted personal use rights for printing and sharing their purchased images.

Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written consent from MacSnaps Photography.

Model Release

By booking this session, you grant MacSnaps Photography, Turn It Out,  and its legal representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of you and/or your minor child(ren) for editorial, trade, advertising, social media, portfolio, and other purposes, in any manner and medium, without compensation. You release MacSnaps Photography from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. If you wish to decline this release, you must provide written notice prior to your session.

Liability

MacSnaps Photography and Turn It Out are not responsible for injury, illness, allergic reactions, or damage to personal property during the session. Participation in any poses or activities is at your own risk.

Agreement

By booking and paying for your dancer session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy or any express written here, are reserved by Company.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy is deemed unlawful and/or unenforceable, all other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect.
